It adopts six electrodes and equips with automatic feeding system. The wire will be dropped to the fixture automatically to achieve full automatic loading. After that it will automatically execute the feeding and welding. Its one-way and double-layer feeding device can move forward and back automatically to finish the welding and the welding distance can be set at random .It is suitable for the batch production of wire mesh with multiple-points welding.
The welding manner is one-way double-layer automatic stepping feeding with 6 welding heads. The effective welding width is 780mm while the effective welding length is 1000mm.
This machine is composed of gantry type support, welding transformer, pneumatic drive device, upper and lower electrodes,electrical control system, cooling system, and PLC operation control system.
