The fully automatic roller arc (plasma) straight seam welding machine mainly consists of a specially designed straight seam mechanical automation part and a standard configuration power supply part.

According to different welding requirements of materials, the mechanical automation part can use a flat plate type clamping mechanism or a keyboard type copper material clamping mechanism to provide uniform and stable clamping and cooling effects, respectively.

The mechanical automation part adopts PLC overall control and DC motor drive to achieve coordinated operation of the welding speed and standard power supply.

Equipped with different welding seam back protection sleeves and forming grooves to ensure stable gas protection and achieve single-sided welding and double-sided forming.

This equipment is mainly used for high-quality and low deformation linear automatic welding of various metals such as stainless steel, iron, aluminum, brass, and other cylinders and panels.
